How to use

Prior to a bath or shower, apply a generous layer all over the body except the facial area. Leave on the skin until the mud is dry, but no more than 20 minutes. Rinse well with water. Follow with Dr. MUD body lotion or body butter for a soft, conditioned finish.

Safety: Do not use on irritated or damaged skin. Discontinue use as soon as signs of irritation appear. Avoid the facial area and eye contact.
